We carry out the welding work in our production hall as well as at the customer's site. We also outsource welders to work at home and abroad.
We only use qualified WPQR welding technologies in accordance with PN EN ISO 15614.
Furthermore, we carry out welding work in accordance with our own technology using the following methods:
- 141 TIG (tungsten inert gas). Welding with a non-consumable electrode in inert gas (argon) shielding;
- 135 MAG (metal active gas). Semi-automatic active gas shielded welding with solid wire.
- 136 semi-automatic active gas shielded metal-cored wire welding method.
- 111 manual welding method, covered electrodes – special application.
- 138 semi-automatic active gas shielded metal-cored wire welding method.
- 121 flux submerged arc automatic welding method.
We specialise in welding various types of materials including:
- carbon steels: e.g. 1.0038, 1.0577;
- boiler steels: e.g. P265GH, 16Mo3;
- wear-resistant steels: e.g. Corten A, Corten B;
- stainless steels: e.g. 1.4031,1.4571;
- acid-resistant steels: e.g. 1.4539;
- ferritic-austenitic steels: e.g. 1.4462 – duplex;
- dissimilar steels: e.g. the combination 1.0038 - 1.4571, 1.0038 - 1.4462;
- aluminium,
- copper in combination with carbon steel.
We employ qualified welding supervisors with IWE qualifications, as well as professionals authorised to carry out non-destructive testing: VT2, PT2, MT2. UT2
