We have completed the delivery of a fiber separator, which is a component of a large-scale fiber shredding installation, manufactured for a client who has once again entrusted us with this scope of work.
The scope of supply included fiber separators in the form of rollers, which required precise dynamic balancing as well as the installation of locating pins. This represented a significant technological challenge, particularly with regard to manufacturing accuracy and the repeatability of operating parameters.
The finished component was prepared for international transport and shipped to Egypt, where it will operate as part of a complete processing line.
