As part of another successfully completed delivery, we manufactured a technological cone designed as a component of an installation for plastic coating preparation. Depending on its process function, this component may be referred to as a cone, duct, or process hood.
The structure, weighing over 1,000 kg, was designed and manufactured in accordance with customer requirements, taking into account operating conditions, manufacturing tolerances, and transportation constraints.
The scope of work included manufacturing, quality control, and preparation for transport. The finished component was delivered to a customer in Germany, where it will operate as part of a technological production line.
This project confirms our capabilities in the design and manufacture of large-scale components for industrial installations, intended for operation under demanding process conditions.
