In our Company, we carry out internal pipe shotblasting services. The shotblasting process takes place in a special shotblasting cabin, which allows us to shotblast pipes internally with an average diameter of 50-300 mm.
Shotblasting consists in refining the material, i.e. smoothing and strengthening it. It is one of many methods for treating steel components. In the production of steel constructions, shotblasting allows us to consolidate the final product and protect it against corrosion. A great advantage of this process is that it improves the aesthetics of the work piece, which is very desirable nowadays.
The shotblasting process consists of cleaning the steel material through a highly abrasive material, preparing the component for the application of a protective layer.
